The GrowthHub is a small consultancy. We work with leadership teams on the parts of an organisation that are easy to neglect and expensive to get wrong: how people grow, how work is structured, and how it gets delivered.
Why we exist
Most organisations do not lack ideas. They lack the structure to carry those ideas through: unclear ownership, goals that drift, processes that grew rather than were designed, and training that never connects to the job. We were built to fix that layer.
